enderdog Backs Up Smack At 2013 Golfsmack Open
by MacTHW
January is here and so is THW’s annual Golfsmack Open played at the noTorreyiously tough Torrey Pines. MacTHW gets set to defend last year’s victory at the Golfsmack Open but faces a steep challenge by this year’s superstars—the bink and ender dogs. Surprise, dude doesn’t make it all the way through a tournament before high-tailing it out of there. What shouldn’t be a surprise is that these are your headlines for the 2013 Golfsmack Open.
Six golfers take to the tee box of the first round at Torrey Pines. How many will still be standing after four rounds?
After eighteen, binkdog finds himself one back to enderdog’s 66. MacTHW trails slightly with a 69 while dude shoots even par, Ash a +4 and PointedMarlin a +5.
Not wanting lose any ground, bink and enderdog duke it out in the second round, both finishing at nine under par—binkdog still trails by one. MacTHW ties with PointedMarlin at one under while Ash goes seven over. Realizing he can not keep up, the rookie drops out during the second round as he has no desire to play for second place.
Ash and Marlin fail to show for round three, leaving just the two dogs and MacTHW to compete for the championship. Everyone struggles during round three and no sub-par scores are to be seen. binkdog runs into serious trouble and grumpily heads to the clubhouse with a 78 on the scorecard, feeling as if he had just played himself right out of the tournament. MacTHW also fails to make a move on moving day ending the round at two over. enderdog fares slightly better, shooting even par.
enderdog leads as the three golfers head into round four of the Golfsmack Open. He gives no ground and wins round four by one stroke, coming in at 68 while binkdog and MacTHW both tie at three under.
Here are the final results:

New Drug Policy At THW Golf
by MacTHW

The THW Fair Gaming Commission takes cheating seriously and will be implementing a new drug policy immediately. In the relentless pursuit of fair gaming, each winner will be tested for performance enhancing drugs before a win is officially credited to their name and posted on the leaderboard. Samples will be required within 24 hours of the win. No exceptions. We are working on developing a test that can be performed in the player’s home with results posted shortly thereafter. Until then, please send all samples to the THW Fair Gaming Committee headquarters.
Thank You,
MacTHW

A trip to TPC Blue Monster proves successful for binkdog, as he goes low and shoots a 66 there.
